Every market's different, call a REALTOR® today.
2007 marks the 10th year that the National Association of REALTORS®' has run an advertising campaign to educate and persuade consumers about the value of hiring a REALTOR®.
This will be an exciting year, highlighted by the integration of the "Buy Now/Sell Now" messaging into the already successful Public Awareness Campaign.
This is the first time the campaign will be on-air for 11 months of the year. With this extended presence, campaign ads will air more than 8,750 times on national TV and radio outlets and more than 25,000 times on local radio stations through a national buy. The campaign began airing nationally January 15 on network television. Radio begins in early February. Every market's different, call a REALTOR® today. This year, the campaign aims to drive business directly to REALTORS® with a new call-to-action, "Every market's different, call a REALTOR® today." The campaign speaks directly to today's home buyers and sellers to convince them that REALTORS® expertise and experience are invaluable in the current real estate environment of increased inventories, stabilizing prices, and historically low interest rates.

Good Time to Buy Many real estate markets across the country have recently experienced rising home inventories and stabilizing prices. In these markets, home buyers have increased negotiating power, but may be unsure of how to structure the best deal -- they need a professional to help guide them through the transaction. "Good Time to Buy" emphasizes the value that REALTORS® bring to home buyers in this environment. Of course, every market is different, which is why the ads recommend that potential home buyers call a REALTOR® in their local market to learn more about what's happening with real estate in his or her community.

Know How to Sell As real estate markets in many areas of the country become more balanced between buyers and sellers, home prices have stabilized. However, most homeowners can still realize a very good return on their investment. Consumers who bought their homes six years ago have seen more than 50 percent appreciation in their home's value during that time. "Know How to Sell" demonstrates how a REALTOR®'s expertise and experience can help sellers protect their investment in today's real estate market. REALTORS® handle hundreds, if not thousands, of real estate transactions over the course of their careers, and can counsel and guide sellers through the process.
