Dorsch has more than eight years of experience in real estate financial analysis and property management and specializes in commercial real estate management. Karla Redding, HER Real Living, recently joined HER's Grove City office. Karla worked previously at Real Living Anders & Associates. Harley E. Rouda Jr., chief executive officer and managing partner at Real Living Inc., was recently named one of the 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders by Inman News for the second consecutive year. Michael Sliemers, HER Real Living, has received the Residential Relocation Specialists (RRS) Designation through HER's new Real Living University. He also was named to HER's Top 10% in listings for 2005. Brenda D. Stevens, HER Real Living, Upper Arlington office, was recently named to HER Real Living's Top 10 percent for Listings. Brenda was also recently named to the Floyd Wickman Core Values Club, a distinction given to less than 2 percent of REALTORS® nationwide. Donald Seager, RE/MAX Affiliates, has earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation from the Ohio Association of REALTORS®. Schupp to Receive OAR Distinguished Service AwardSandy Schupp of HER Real Living has been selected to receive the Distinguished Service Award from the Ohio Association of REALTORS®. This very prestigious award recognizes long-standing members who have demonstrated an uncommon commitment to the goals and purposes of the Association at all levels. Among other things, recipients of this award must have been an agent/broker for 25 years, contributed 25 years of voluntary service, including leadership positions in the local, state and national associations and currently be active in all levels of the Association. Sandy's resume of service is extensive and includes serving on and chairing many of our Board committees over the years. She was our Salesperson of the Year in 1996 and is currently in her final year of her THIRD term as a CBR Director. Also active with the Women's Council of REALTORS®, Sandy served as their Columbus Chapter president in 1998 and their state chapter president in 2005. Sandy also holds the CRS, E-Pro, GRI, LTG, Relocation Specialist/ RSS, PMN designations. She will receive this award and be recognized during the OAR winter meetings in January. In MemoriamDina M. Wood, age 45, of Sunbury, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2006 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. A REALTOR® with Trans Ohio Reality Company, Dina held a passion for real estate as an investor and appraiser. She followed her dream of buying and restoring old homes, which she loved. She felt a special connection to each home. She enjoyed a wealth of activities with her family including, family gatherings and motorcycle riding with her husband, family and friends. She was a member of the "crazy chicks" bowling team at Delaware Lanes and loved walking along the creek in her backyard woods. She also was a loving, giving spirit, who kept on giving even after her death. She was a donor who blessed many others. Dina is survived by her true loves; husband, Dennis "Woody"; daughter, Maria (Andrew) Dillon; mother, Bonnie Jean (DiNova), four grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends. Memorial contributions can be made to a charity of donor's choice.
