Sales Associates Day 2006

This year's October 26 Sales Associates Day "Greatest REALTOR® Show on Earth" was a productive 3-ring circus of information, education and a big tent full of vendors offering products and services to help agents improve their productivity and value in the real estate transaction.

Ring 1 - Annual Business Meeting
The day began with the Annual Business Meeting during which reports were provided on membership, market activity, finances, CORPAC, MLS, the Foundation Fund, REALTOR® Care Day, COCIE, the online election and the upcoming KeyBox exchange and CBR Tempo^TM Wireless MLS coming in early 2007.

In addition to Nancy Byrd, Mar' Hartley, John Myers, Sandy Schupp, Mike Simpson, Doug McCloud and Lynda Long, members present elected Lyn Charobee, Tom Holcombe, Jerry Lux and Marian Reitano to serve on the 2006 Nominating Committee. During the MLS Annual Meeting, Debbie Bower, Pat Kearns-Davis, Linda Niemann, Ron Hobelman and Terry Burton were elected to serve on the 2006 MLS Nominating Committee.

Ring 2 - REALTOR® Expo
Vendors representing 117 real estate products and services provided 900 members information, treats, door prizes and gifts as well as dressing to match our "Greatest REALTOR® Show on Earth" circus theme.

Ring 3 - Education
Dynamic Terry Watson was the final act as 650 members were educated, entertained and advised about "How to avoid Road Kill: Top 10 stupid things that really smart REALTORS® do to mess up their lives".
