Pat encourages those entering the business to become involved in your Board! During your career you will find it invaluable if you serve on Board committees. The friendship you will develop will be beneficial both personally and professionally. Personally, these friendships will last a lifetime. Professionally it is so much easier to complete a transaction when you know the agent on the other end of the transaction from having served together on a committee. Also, you will keep current with changes in your industry as you move through your career and you will be giving back to your industry that has been so good to all of us. |
