For any REALTOR® who sells or would like to sell investment real estate, CBR is offering a DON'T MISS class on September 27, "The Art of Selling Investment Real Estate", with instructor Furman Tinon.

I first heard Furman in the mid `70's at the recommendation of Jim Henley, retired REALTOR® and investor who is now living off his real estate investments in a penthouse condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico on Siesta Key in Sarasota, FL. I was immediately impressed with the way Furman made his course presentation so that it was very understandable to a "Rookie" like me. 

For close to 30 years since that initial course I have heard Furman both teach and mentor at many Columbus Real Estate Exchanger (CREE) meetings. In 1990, I became the President of CREE with Furman helping me every step of the way. Furman has been, along with other "Furmans" in the creative real estate world, instrumental in my investment real estate education and creative problem solving skills that have allowed me to have a successful career as a REALTOR® and an investor.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Furman's September 27th course at CBR.
