Bill Evans has been promoted to president of HER Real Living. In his new position, he will continue to support the vision and goals of the brokerage while maintaining growth throughout the Central Ohio market.

The Columbus Commercial Industrial and Investment REALTORS® (CCIIR) recently installed its officers for the 2006-07 fiscal year: Fil Line of National Realty, president; Larry Herrett of Minerva Realty, vice president; Scott Solomon of Coridan & Associates, treasurer; and Peggy Varrone of NAI Ohio Equities LLC, secretary.

Connie Salts, S.A.L.T. Realty Co., has moved her offices to 975 Hilliard-Rome Road, Columbus, Ohio 43228. Her new telephone and fax numbers are 614-870-1400 and 614-853-1100, respectively.

Amy M. Kammann has transferred to ERA Orum Stair, REALTORS® as vice president and director of Business Development. Originally with M/I Homes, Amy's more than seven years experience has since included positions as an operations manager, title insurance coordinator and corporate trainer and recruiter.

HER Real Living Inc. recently broke ground in Grove City on the company's fourth new office. A new standard design for Real Living's offices will give the company's sales associates a common facility and recognizable landmark for the public.

Real Living is scheduled to open offices in Palm Springs, California and Boston, Massachusetts in October. The new offices will make a total of 133 offices (60 of which are franchised) in 12 states.

Pickerington based ERA Orum Stair, REALTORS® has recently acquired Grove City based Real Estate First, Inc. This is the third acquisition of a top twenty- five ranked brokerage for ERA Orum Stair, REALTORS® since the company's affiliation with ERA® Real Estate in April 2005. Judy Gang and Associates and TeamNet Realty, Ltd are the other two companies acquired by the brokerage. Real Estate First, Inc., will merge with Orum Stair Residential Brokerage and will retain its name, operating as ERA Real Estate First, REALTORS® throughout the southwest market. The owners of Real Estate First, Judy Bapst, Pamela Brown, Donald Leppert and Barbara Stickel have all been named associate vice presidents and will serve on the company's advisory council along with four other sales associates from Real Estate First.

In addition, the brokerage has acquired the office building located at 30 Hill Road South, Pickerington, Ohio from REMAX Suburban. With over 4600 square feet of premium space in Pickerington's historic downtown business district, the building will house both private and semi-private offices and will serve as the brokerage's new Pickerington/ Southeast branch office. The brokerage relocated to the new location on August 28, 2006.

CBR Welcomes. . . 

Brianna George -- Administrative Assistant. Brianna has a BA in Psychology, BA in Hospitality Business and Masters in Business Administration all from The Ohio State University. You may have already met Brianna as she's been at CBR as a temp for almost two years helping out with reception, MLS and Administration. Residents of Gahanna, she and husband Jason just welcomed their first born, Dominic Joseph, on July 17, 2006.

Staci Kincaid -- Accounting Assistant. A 2000 graduate of Worthington Kilbourne High School, Staci was previously in customer service with Discover and Chase Bank. Married for just under a year, she and husband Edward are also Gahanna residents.
