You can submit plans or drawings in just about any format (even sketched on cocktail napkins). The new drawings will be returned to you electronically.

CDX Direct^TM

Your customers can search for your properties from your own website. Tap into COCIE while matching the "look and feel" of your company's website.

CDX Direct^TM provides a perfectly searchable real time feed of your property listing information from COCIE directly to your company's webpage. Detailed information about your listings, including your proprietary brochures is readily available on your website without any additional maintenance on your part.

Just go to Update My Listings, change Suite 200 from 'available' to 'leased' - and the database will automatically recalculate the largest contiguous space in your listing. Through CDX Direct^TM, your web page is automatically updated, too.

Tenant ProspeX

Perform tenant searches across a wide range of industry groups.

The data is not limited to tenants that match buildings in COCIE. Users can search over 70,000 Central Ohio company records using a wide range of criteria including: building characteristics, geography, SIC code, industry group, square footage occupied, and movein date. Agents can even access a map to search the Tenant ProspeX database for tenants in a given radius around a property or draw a custom polygon to define a geographic area for a tenant search. To protect your owner relationships, you can easily exclude tenants in buildings listed by anyone in your company with a single click. All data is backed by solid research, cross-referenced with multiple information sources and verified for accuracy.

Tenant ProspeX reporting options include: Tenant Profile, Call Report, and Mailing Label Report. In addition Tenant ProspeX allows the user to export full company profile data to enable import into Outlook, Act or other CRM databases.

Starting at $20.00 per member per month, Tenant ProspeX provides an extremely cost effective means to generate targeted mailing lists and call reports.
