Xceligent was selected by the Columbus Board of REALTORS® to serve as the vendor for the Central Ohio Commercial Information Exchange (COCIE).

Xceligent, Inc. is a nationwide provider of web-based services for the commercial real estate industry. Founded by its CEO Doug Curry in October of 1999, Xceligient is based out of Kansas City, Mo. Using CDX (commercial data exchange) technology, Xceligent launched in Central Ohio in 2002 with the support of several leading local commercial real estate companies and maintains a local presence. As proof of their successful operation, Xceligent provides its services to over 15,000 commercial professionals in 27 different markets.

Xceligent partners with local commercial real estate organizations to develop and operate Commercial Information Exchanges (CIE) tailored to meet the needs of the local market. The creation of a CIE allows the local market to retain control and ownership of its most important asset: the information shared between its participants.

While our focus is on promoting your property to other professionals in this market, the information in is also available to members of any other Xceligent exchange. COCIE members have the ability to view millions of available square feet across the country or have your properties seen by thousands of other real estate professionals.
