Ron began his real estate career with HER Real Living in 1998, where his sales production was rated in the top 1% in the nation and where he received the "Winners Circle Elite" designation. Paul B. Cummings, Keller Williams Consultants, has been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. To obtain this designation, Paul completed advanced courses and demonstrated his professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Fewer than 40,000 REALTORS® nationwide have earned this credential, which is awarded by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®. Debbie Harrison with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty has made the company's Chairman's Club -- an award recognizing top producers in her company. Joe Armeni, RE/MAX City Center, REALTORS®, received the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award at the recent RE/MAX International Convention in Las Vegas. The RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award is presented to associates who have been affiliated with the organization at least seven years and have helped 1,000 or more families buy or sell real estate. Since the company's founding in 1973, 1,551 members have earned the award. In Memoriam Donald "Casey" Hambleton, Hambleton & Associates, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2006 at his residence, after a 10 month courageous battle with lung cancer. In addition to being a REALTOR® Emeritis with the Columbus Board of REALTORS®, he was a MAI, SRA Member of the Appraisal Institute; held the CRE, Counselor of Real Estate designation; and was Chairman of the Board of Hambleton, Inc. Casey was preceded in death by his parents Donald and Ruth (Casey) Hambleton.; children Donald C. Hambleton, II and Mary Beth Hambleton. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Maggie Hambleton, daughter and son-in-law: Dawn and Martin Campbell; 4 granddaughters, Christa, Megan, Kelly and Lauren; sister and brother-in-law Lynn and Ronald Lehner; many other relatives and friends.
