Diane Johnson Boyhan

Diane Johnson Boyhan has served as coordinator for the Madison Correctional Institute Prison Ministry for the past 15 years and has been involved in Prison Ministry in State & Federal Institutions for over 30 years. The Prison’s weekend Religious Retreats, which she coordinates, are based on the Catholic faith but all denominations are
welcome. It serves the spiritual needs of the inmates, to help them become more aware of God in their lives.
 
She is also very active in the Catholic Church, where she serves as sponsor and coordinator in the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) program. RCIA is the process through which the Church welcomes new members. As a volunteer in this program, she helps non-Catholics in their study to become Catholic.
 
In addition, Diane is involved in the Interfaith Hospitality Network, where she helps to provide meals for families in need and, in the past, has served as coordinator for a Parish Youth Services program. She is willing to help whoever is in need. 

Diane states, “My calling is to help people become aware that God is in their life and that He is a loving and forgiving God. Anyone can turn their life around as long as they keep Him with them always.”
