The Ohio Association of REALTORS® Spring Conference will be held at the Columbus Hilton at Easton, April 23-25. This scattered site show features condominiums, patio homes and townhomes as well as mid-rise and high-rise condominium projects throughout central Ohio. BIA Showcase of Remodeled Homes
Hours: Saturday, 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Sunday, noon - 5 p.m.
This two-day event includes projects throughout central Ohio and projects featured in this tour will showcase expert craftsmanship, whole house renovations, additions, indoor/outdoor living areas and landscaping Tickets are $10 for the tour and $3 for single location. NAR Legislative Meetings/Trade Expo
The National Association of REALTORS® Legislative Conference and Trade Expo will be held May 15-20 in Washington D.C. At this annual event, governance meetings are conducted and real estate professionals address legislative and political issues facing the real estate industry. More than 200 exhibitors will also present top real estate products and services at the Midyear Trade Expo set for May 17-19. There is no cost for members to attend this event and registration can be made online at http://www.realtor.org/midyear.nsf/pages/registration. Reservations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hours: Monday - Saturday -- Noon to 9 p.m., Sundays -- Noon to 6 p.m.
Sheffield Park, a 214-acre community in southern Delaware County, Genoa Township, is located within the Worthington Road Corridor Olentangy School District and is just five minutes from Polaris Fashion Place and four miles north of Polaris Parkway, north of Jaycox Road and on the west side of Worthington Road.
