Bruce Massa

Bruce began his career in 1974 as a residential agent but transferred over to commercial just a couple years later. Excited about the possibilities of the commercial market, he started his own company - Equity Limited in 1979. However, unbeknownst to him at the time, the market was to take a devastating turn for the worst. With interest rates up in the 20's, Bruce chose to close his company and joined Ruscilli Real Estate Services. When his interests turned to development, Bruce joined Ohio Equities.

In 1988, Bruce ventured out on his own again when he created Massa Realty & Development which, as many of you know, was very successful. In 2003, Bruce merged his company with National Realty Services where he is now a senior partner and principal.

During Bruce's real estate career, he has served on most of the CBR committees, chairing many of them and culminating in his CBR presidency in 2000. He has also served as President of CCIIR and the Ohio SIOR.

Bruce has served his community through the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, Jr. Achievement, the Columbus Jazz Arts Group and his ongoing political involvement. He has also earned his GRI, CRE and SIOR designations.
