New Commercial Listing Contract
The CBR "Exclusive Right to Sell or Lease Listing Contract" has been updated and will be available for sale and through CBR's online forms program in late February. Foreclosures - How can we help?
The number of foreclosures local home owners are experiencing is a major issue for Central Ohio. Your March issue of the In Contract will address this issue and include statistics, where folks can go to get information, agencies specifically offering assistance and counseling, etc. In the meantime, if you want more information or need a place to send owners in trouble, Franklin County Treasurer Richard Cordray's office is acting as an information and referral agent.
