CBR TEMPOTM Enhancements coming in January
The following enhancements are currently slated for delivery to the CBR Tempo system in early January:
- Virtual Tour links will now be sent in email to clients (this was previously only visible when logged in as an agent)
- A new 9-up "book page" style report will emulate the current printed book layout. It allows 9 properties to be displayed in "boxes" on one page. Although viewable on screen this report is designed to be printed and it will be necessary to set your printing margins to .25". This report will be for Residential only at this time.
- New listings will now be checked against the server clock to ensure that listing date is not a future date.
- Photo instructions will be removed from the Buyer Reports on Tempo.
- Sold Non-MLS fields "Type of Sale" and "Builder" will now be displayed on the reports below sold date.
Additional Agent Remarks data field - this will be in addition to the existing Remarks data field. This field is only available to agents (i.e. also only viewable by agents) and is intended to provide opportunity for agents to input pertinent information about the property.

The southern part of the creek boundary line would stop at Livingston Avenue and go east to I-270 and then south to I-70 (see picture right).
VRC: Variable Rate Commission is Now a Required Field
VRC is a new required field on the long add/edit form. VRC is "Variable Rate Commission". On the add/edit form, it is a blue required field. There is a radio button for "yes" and "no". You must choose one in order to save the listing as active. If you have forgotten what Variable Rate Commission is, please review the Rules and Regulations PDF section 5.3 on the Board's website.
Community Development Charge is Now a Required Field
Community Development Charge is now a mandatory entry field on the long add/edit form. It is listed as "Community Develop Chrg" and is a blue required field. There is a radio button for "yes" and "no". You must choose one in order to save the listing as active. Please review the Community Development Charge article printed in the February 2005 In Contract magazine on the Board's website if you would like more information.
Did you know?
MLS Policy prohibits the submission of listings to MLS that are not available for sale and or showing and they will be removed from the system until they are available.
MLS Policy prohibits any writing in the remarks' section of listings that pertains to names, phone numbers, web site addresses, company slogans or any language that infers identification of a company or individual and that information will be removed.
MLS photos must always reflect real property for sale as the prominent subject matter or they will be removed.
Days on Market (DOM) are computed for each listing as being the time elapsed from the list date to the report date (not the in contract date but the date it is reported in contract).
Picture This!
Photos uploaded to the CBR TEMPOTM MLS are intended to promote the property. Agents/brokers are not allowed to use these photo ops to self promote.
Although the above photo might be a slight exaggeration, please note that last month, the MLS Committee authorized staff to remove any MLS photograph that would serve to identify an office or agent. In other words, please keep legible signs from appearing in the MLS photo... Thanks!
