WolfNet selected as sole IDX vendor

In November 2005, CBR selected WolfNet Technologies as our preferred vendor for IDX solutions. For information, contact WolfNet directly at 1-866-WOLFNET (965-3638).

WolfNet provides IDX solutions for brokers throughout the U.S. and offers high end property searching utilities as well as client management tools.

From this point forward, WolfNet will be the vendor for MLS Participant Brokers wishing to use a third party for the display the Central Ohio MLS database.  

Brokers will still be able to download the IDX database if they have physical control over the hardware that the database will be stored on. The hardware can be physically located in their offices or at an off-site cyber-center. However the hardware and database cannot be in the control of a third party.
