Bruce Landis has taken a position with First American Title as Vice President of Business Development in the Columbus, Ohio area. Bruce has earned national recognition in the title industry and received an award for being a million dollar producer.

Timothy G. Madison and Kristin E. Rosan has formed a new law firm - Madison & Rosan, LLP. They will specialize in commercial and residential real estate, Ohio real estate brokerage law, corporate law, zoning and civil litigation. Prior to forming this new firm, both were affiliated with Swedlow, Butler, Lewis, Madison & Dye Co., L.P.A. - Timothy a former partner and Kristin an affiliate. Kristin is also former chief legal counsel for the Ohio Division of Real Estate.

Celtic Title and Midland Title have officially changed their names to First American Title across Ohio.

Gary M. Schmidt, former president of TeamNet Realty, LTD., has been named Associate Vice President and Operations Manager of ERA Orum Stair, REALTORS® guaranteed home sales program, known as ERA Seller Security Plan.

Frank D. Edelinski, former vice president of TeamNet Realty, Ltd., has also been named an Associate Vice President with ERA Orum Stair, REALTORS®. In this capacity, he will assist the company with its builder relationships.

ERA Orum Stair, REALTORS® has acquired Gahanna based TeamNet, Ltd. This is the second acquisition of a top 25 ranked company for ERA Orum Stair, REALTORS®.

Tartan Development Co. earned two top awards for Corazón/Tartan West from the Building Industry Association (BIA): Development of the Year and Smart Growth Development of the Year as a development committed to the preservation of natural resources and conservation. Corazón/Tartan West (www.corazontartanwest.com) is a 251- acre site in Dublin comprised of more than 400 club homes and custom home sites and a 50,000-square-foot private Mediterranean style club scheduled to open in January 2007.

Columbus Commercial Realty became part of the CB Richard Ellis family October 1, 2005. Following the acquisition, CBR Richard Ellis' Columbus office now has 123 employees, including 47 licensed sales and leasing agents, and manages more than 14.7 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties. The two firms together were responsible for sales and lease transactions with a total consideration of more than $890 million in 2004.
