Michael Gencur spearheaded and was involved in all aspects of putting together CBR?s first Super Sunday Affordable Housing Open House. This event showcased more than 100 homes priced $125,000 and below and presented a wonderful opportunity to display the strong, vibrant affordable housing stock available in Central Ohio and surrounding areas.

On putting this event together, Michael says, "I was committed to making this event a reality for several reasons, not the least of which is that fully one third of all real estate transactions in our metro area are in the affordable housing market. One can not argue that this price point is essentially the first-time buyer market, and expanding REALTOR® presence at this price point can only help ensure that we also capture the move-up sales in the future.

While I appreciated the accolades, it would have been impossible for me to have seen this through without the strong support of Lynn Hackworth, Mandy Harless, and Teresa Thompson.
