HER Real Living has been ranked for the third straight year as the fifth-largest residential real estate brokerage in the nation by the 2005 REAL Trends 500 Survey. Survey data is based on closed transaction sides in the 17th annual Power Broker edition of National Relocation and Real Estate magazine.

ERA Orum Stair, REALTORS® has opened a new office in Cardington in Morrow County. Barbara Stevens, will serve as assistant vice president and Branch office manager. Barbara will be responsible for developing and expanding the company's real estate and mortgage brokerage operations into Delaware and Marion counties.

Rewards Plus Real Estate Services is now Realty World® Rewards, a franchise of Realty World America, Inc., based in Costa Mesa, CA. The new corporate office will be temporarily located at 3709 Parkway Lane in Hilliard before it moves to its permanent location in Hilliard later this summer.

Joe King has been named president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker King Thompson. He replaces Mike Huntley who retired after 32 years in real estate.

Jody White of Coldwell Banker King Thompson has been awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) professional designation by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council®.

Cara Dixon, Northwest Title Processor for the past four years, has been promoted to manager of the main office.

Pam Wood is a new processor for Northwest Title. Pam is not "new" to the title business as she brings over 10 years experience in the industry. Pam will be conducting closings as an escrow officer in addition to processing files.

John Hall of Columbus Commercial Realty, Wayne Harer of Continental Realty and Mike Hurd of CB Richard Ellis recently received the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation.

Kevin James, of Columbus Commercial Realty, has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

In Memoriam

Donna Betcher, CRS, GRI, MREC, recently passed away after an extended battle with cancer. She has been in real estate for 30 years and was a top sales associate with Real Estate Showcase, Inc., in Mt. Vernon, Ohio. Donna is survived by two sons, Mark & Jeff.
