Bianca Saucedo (SAL-say-do) has joined the staff of New Century Title Services as its Spanish-language title specialist. Bianca has a background in real estate and is responsible for translation, title services and closings.

Title First Agency has relocated its Westerville branch office to the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio's building at 495 Executive Campus Drive.

Don Casto, III with the Don M. Casto Organization has been awarded the Columbus Chamber of Commerce Columbus Award for his dedication and service to the city of Columbus.

Greg Brown has been hired as a senior retail associate for Real Estate Developer Equity. Greg has worked as a real estate professional since 1996. For Equity, he will be responsible for real estate sales, leasing, project formation and promoting the sale of Equity services.

Central Ohio Chapter of NAIOP - the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties - recently presented the following awards: Bill Baumgardner, The Pizzuti Companies, President's Award; James Coridan, Coridan & Associates, Broker of the Year. Best Projects: Office Building _ Winner; The Daimler Group for 300 Spruce Street; Office Building _ Runner Up - The Daimler Group for The Offices at Westar Phase II; Most Creative Real Estate Deal _ Winner - The Daimler Group for Riverside Heart/ED-MOB; Most Creative Real Estate Deal _ Runner Up - ProLogis for Bacon-Dalloz/Capital Park South II.

Kelly Davids was named the new Superintendent of the Ohio Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing. She was appointed last month by Commerce Director Doug White and replaces Anne Moorehead Petit. Ms. Davids has served in state government since 1999, most recently as Director of the Office of Reading Improvement and Executive Administrator of the OhioReads program. Prior to joining state government, Ms. Davids served as Clerk of the Marion County Court of Common Pleas, Deputy Clerk for the Marion Municipal Court's Civil Division, and Mayor of the Village of LaRue.

Barbara Lach has been named Coldwell Banker King Thompson's Top Sales Associate for 2004. This award is based on a combination of top sales, high professional standards and outstanding service to clients during the year 2004. Barbara attributes her success to her parents who taught her to demonstrate a tireless work ethic and the importance of community service. She also finds that the love and support from her family gives her the confidence she needs to succeed in career and life.

Barbara received her real estate license in 1980 and has since earned numerous awards and designations, including the National Association of REALTORS® Omega Tau Rho Medal of Service, National Relocation and Real Estate Magazine's 500 Most Powerful Women in Real Estate and the Ohio Association of REALTORS® Premier President's Sales Club Award. As a sales associate with Coldwell Banker King Thompson, Lach has earned the International President's Premier Award for placing in the top 1% of 120,000 international Coldwell Banker sales associates and now the position of Top Sales Associate for the company.

Barbara is a past-president of the Columbus Board of REALTORS®, the Ohio Association of REALTORS® and of the national Women's Council of REALTORS®.

Jon Sadler, vice president with Fifth Third Bank and past member of the CBR Board of Directors, has been named to the volunteer Board of Trustees for the Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Board of Franklin County.

Colony Mortgage Corporation has relocated to its new offices located at 735 Ceramic Place, suite 200,Westerville, Ohio 43081. Colony's current telephone number, 614/891-9000, will remain the same for the new location.

Pickerington based Judy Gang and Associates, Inc. will join ERA Orum Stair, REALTORS® creating a combined organization that ranks among the top 10 residential real estate companies in Central Ohio with sales in excess of $100 million annually.

In Memoriam

Pauline M. Snyder , CRS, GRI, HER Real Living, of Gahanna passed away Friday, March 25, 2005 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. Pauline earned her real estate license in 1974 and initially worked as a sales agent for Doug Huffman Real Estate Co., and then as a manager. She earned her broker's license and started her own company, Real Estate Headquarters, Inc., in 1978. She became a sales associate with HER Real Living in 1983 until the present. She was the recipient of numerous industry awards and was a member of Columbus Board of REALTORS® $10 Million Sales Award Club.

Pauline was a member of St. Matthew the Apostle Catholic Church, where she served a Eucharistic Minister. She had a singing career for approximately 25 years, which included singing with Rusty Bryant Trio, The Four Freshman, and many more. Her most successful recording was "People Love People in Love" and "The Good Life."
