Super Sunday! Affordable Housing Open House

As a part of the National Homeownership Month activities planned in June, the Affordable Housing Committee will host a Super Sunday Affordable Housing Open House on June 12 from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. If you have a listing priced $125,000 and below and would like to participate in this event, please email lhackworth@columbusrealtors.com or call (614) 475-4000 x248 with your name, contact and property information.

Do you give back to your community?

CBR's Spotlight on Community Service award recognizes members quarterly who are involved in their communities in a variety of ways. This award was not designed for the outstanding contributor but to acknowledge the average REALTOR® who donates their time and energy to improving their community. Our first quarter awardees are spotlighted on page 45. The application is included as an insert in this magazine. Applications will be reviewed next on May 1. Please nominate yourself or someone you know.

Do you speak a foreign language?

From time to time we have a need to contact members who are fluent in a foreign language. We have compiled a list of members who speak in various languages and are in the process of updating that list. So, if you speak a foreign language and would like to be added to the list, please contact Lynn Hackworth at Lhackworth@columbusrealtors.com or (614) 475-4000 x248 with your name, contact information and the language(s) you speak.

Do you hold an elected or appointed office?

CBR is compiling a list of members who hold an elected or appointed position in the Central Ohio area. If you hold an elected or appointed position, please call Michelle Hannahs at (614) 475-4000 and let us know your position title, term and contact information.

iBOX price increase

Effective March 15, the price of an electronic iBOX increased $3 (from $84 to $87 plus tax).
