Kim McCutcheon an associate with Chicago Title has been named business development manager of the Chicago Title Grove City office. In her new position, Kim will be responsible for sales and new business development functions for the Southwest region.

Doug White has assumed the position of Director the Ohio Department of Commerce. White replaces Lt. Governor Jennette Bradley who is now the Tresurer of State.

William E. Lever has joined the Division of Real Estate and Professional Licenisng as Divion Counsel. He replaces Kristin Rosan who departed to enter the private practice.

Anne Moorhead Petit, has resigned as Superintendent of the Ohio Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing effective March 4, 2005.

The local chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS® recently installed its 2005 Leadership Team: Sarah Eagleson, Keller Williams Classic Properties, president; Lari Shaw, Coldwell Banker King Thompson, president-elect; JoAnn O'Brien, Ohio Title Corp., treasurer; Fritz Ballard, Coldwell Banker King Thompson, secretary; and Barbara Robertson, Coldwell Banker King, vice president of membership.

At the installation event a mountain of toys was donated by the WCR membership for "Toys for Tots". The Marine Corp was on hand to make sure the toys found their way to the children's homes and WCR supplemented the generous gifts with a $500 donation. In addition, $500 was also given to the Capital Area Humane Society. The spirit of giving filled the room.
