Applicants for this award must have worked in the field of Commercial real estate for less than 36 months and must also be involved in the community and furthering their education.

This year's winner is David Lukacsko of RJ Boll Realty. You may remember David as he won the award last year for most commercial transactions having completed over 35 sales and lease transactions in 2003!

He received the ONE Million Dollar sales awards in 2003 and, as proof of his continued success, the FIVE million dollar award this past year.

Born and raised in Columbus, Dave is an OSU graduate and die hard Buckeye fan.

In addition to his phenomenal commercial success, David also serves on the CBR C/I Education Committee, is a member of the Hilliard and Gahanna Chambers of Commerce, CCIIR, active in his parish, coaches his daughter's soccer team and is working on his SIOR designation.
