Henry Coridan, SIOR

Henry attended the University of Notre Dame and Indiana University. He has been in Columbus since 1965 and is a devoted OSU football fan. Christmas break usually means going to a bowl game somewhere.
For the first 20 years of his career Henry was a Ford Motor Co. executive and a Ford _ Lincoln Mercury dealer. In 1968 that changed when he went to work for his former landlord Oscar Thomas, Sr. He even bought Oscar's house in 1975 when he moved into a condo. In addition to the Oscar L. Thomas Co. and Coridan & Associates, he was affiliated with NAI Ohio Equities for many years.
Since 1968 he has served the real estate industry on all levels. He has been on many committees for CBR, OAR, NAIOP and SIOR. He is past president of the Ohio chapter of SIOR. Henry also served on the boards of CBR, OAR, SIOR as well as the NAIOP Central Ohio chapter. He was also a regional vice president and district vice president for SIOR national. What does all this alphabet soup mean? Henry believes in giving back to the industry that has been so good to him. He has helped many associates and friends with real estate problems over the years.
In the community, Henry has been a long standing member of Saint Andrew's Church and is very active with the Josephenium. He is a member of Brookside Country Club and the Downtown Athletic Club.
