If a REALTOR® has taken their state ethics required class with the Columbus Board of REALTORS®, you have fulfilled your obligation and do not need to submit proof to the Columbus Board of REALTORS®. However, if you have taken your state ethics required class at another institution, school or entity (in the last four years), then we ask that CBR members submit a copy of the certificate you received for attending that class to the Columbus Board of REALTORS®. NAR's on-line Ethics course The state mandated 10-Hour Post Licensing course also includes a class on Ethics which fulfills the NAR requirement. So, if you have taken (or intend to take) the 10-Hour Post Licensing course before the next deadline, you will meet the NAR requirement.
