Harley Rouda, Sr., Chairman of the Board of HER Real Living, will be awarded a Real Estate Award at the 3rd annual March of Dimes Real Estate Awards Lunch set for Monday, December 13, 2004 at the Blackwell at The Ohio State University. This award is presented by the March of Dimes as a way of recognizing the vision that Harley has brought to his business and the impact he has made in the community. Ralph Renninger, HER Real Living, recently was elected 2005 President of the Ohio Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Council. The CRS designation is the highest designation awarded to residential REALTORS® by the National Association of REALTORS®. Just four percent of all REALTORS® hold this prestigious CRS designation. Dan Dailey has recently joined HER Real Living’s sales team. Before coming to HER Real Living, he worked as an office manager for Coldwell Banker King Thompson and Prudential Residential One, REALTORS® Bill Evans has been promoted to Executive Vice President of HER Real Living. John Moats recently joined HER Real Living’s Circleville office as its newest real estate sales agent. Prior to joining HER Real Living, he worked for Coldwell Banker King Thompson. Cindy Calender recently transferred from HER Real Living’s Worthington office to HER’s Northeast Regional office. HER Real Living has been ranked 1st in the C.E.O. Leaderboard list of residential real estate agencies, published by Columbus C.E.O magazine. The magazine ranked residential real estate firms according to 2003 listings, total transactions, highest priced home, and average price of homes sold in Greater Columbus. In MemoriamMary Margaret ‘’Peg’’ Flory, 76, passed away on Friday, September 3, 2004 at Kobacker House. She was a Real Estate broker, member of Columbus Board of Realtors®, member of St. Andrew Catholic Church, and former employee of Marble Cliff Quarries. Donations may be made in Mary’s memory to the American Cancer Society. Carl J. Loscko, Sr., age 77, pass away on Thursday, September 30, 2004. Loscko is a1945 Graduate of Aquinas High School, a veteran of the U.S. Army and a longtime Columbus Restaurateur. He spent the last fifteen years as a Realtor® with HER Realtors®.
