Sales Associate’s Day
No shoes, no shirt, no problems…slip on your sandals, pull out your flower shirt and join us with “Changes In Attitudes”.  October 21, 2004 is the big day - our annual Sales Associates Day - at the Aladdin Shriners’ Complex.  We are very excited about this event which begins with the CBR Annual Meeting (continental breakfast sponsored by Waterfield Financial), followed by the REALTORS® Expo and then your choice of two three-hour C.E. classes (snack breaks provided by Northwest Title).

Our REALTORS® Expo has over 100 vendors and several on a waiting list.  Some of the vendors have told us that they feel that our Expo is a much better value to them in terms of their time and effort than the OAR Convention trade show!

We know that our Associates always enjoy themselves and walk away with many prizes, treats and gift certificates! 

Our theme this year is “Changes In Attitudes” and you will feel like you have stepped into Margarita Ville.

The Continuing Education classes this year will include your choice of Core Law presented by Tim Detty, Hondros College Instructor and a safety class approved for 3 hrs of CE presented by instructors Al Cook and Ric Rossetter.  The safety class is being sponsored by CBR’s Communications Committee.

Million Dollar Club Awards
Our goal this year continues to be the streamlining of the application process.  The big change this year was the elimination of the HUD statement as a requirement.  We are now only requiring the Sales Certification Form signed by the Title agent along with a copy of the “AGENT FULL REPORT” that can be generated from the TEMPO/MLS showing listing/selling agent, sold date and sales price.  You will only need the HUD statement if you sold a new build or a FSBO.

Our tech support has also made the form user friendly.  If you are somewhat techno savvy, you can pull the form from our website and it will automatically add the volume for you.  Check it out!

In order to assure that your application is acceptable, please go to our website for a complete set of instructions, forms and a checklist. 

The award year is November 1st through October 31st and the deadline for applications will be November 2, 2004 at 5:00 pm.  

Our committee works very hard reviewing these award applications and we would like nothing better than to have many awards to give to Associates at the President’s Ball on December 11, 2004.
