His company specializes in the development and acquisition of apartment projects, and asset management and workout services. He also is a tax credit development and syndication consultant. The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) awards the CPM. Shelley Walzak, property manager for The Pizzuit Companies, was recently awarded the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. Shelly has been in real estate for 17 years and with Pizzuti for 4 years, where she currently manages approximately 592,000 square feet of office space and approximately 2,200,000 square feet of industrial space. The CPM is awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Marsha E. Barber has been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representation designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of REALTORS®. Barber is an agent with KellerWilliams The Realty Firm. Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Pasquinelli, Inc. have agreed to the terms of a joint venture to originate, process and fund mortgage loans for Pasquinelli & Portrait Homes. This joint venture will offer Pasquinelli & Portrait Homes customers home financing products and services through Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and will feature onsite home mortgage consultants in Pasquinelli & Portrait Homes offices. Dunmoor Homes announces its Grand Opening of its Villages at Gender condominium project. Steve Dickens is the Vice President of the new Dunmoor Condominium division. Tommy Jordan has been promoted to President of the Dunmoor Diamond division. Dunmoor Diamond purchases and rehabs homes and condos for resale or for the Company’s Rental Homes Division. Amber Barnhart has joined Dunmoor Homes Realty as a sales agent. In MemoriamNancy Jane Marcum, age 80, passed away on Wednesday, September 8, 2004 at Houston NW Medical Center. A longtime resident of Columbus, Marcum was retired from the New Rome office of Saxton Real Estate and had recently resided in Spring, Texas. Frances Wise Sheskey, age 91, of Columbus, died Wednesday, August 25, 2004 at her home. She was among the first female Realtors® in Central Ohio, operating Michael Sheskey Realty in Upper Arlington with her husband for many years. She served the Columbus Board of Realtors® on numerous advisory boards.
