Paul Love

For the past 14 years, Paul Love of Coldwell Banker King Thompson, has been committed to keeping the Clintonville Business District strong so that Clintonville residential values stay strong.

The fruits of his commitment and the commitment of numerous others including, Mayor Coleman, Councilmen Matt Habash and Richard Sensenbrenner and the Clintonville Chamber of Commerce, will be realized this fall when revitalization begins on the High Streetscape, located in the Clintonville Business district on High Street between Arcadia and Torrence.

Paul's effort -- countless hours spent at community meetings, events, etc. -- will result in 75 to 100 property owners benefitting from the streetscape improvements, which includes street upgrades, new downtown street lights, uniform tree planting and waste containers.

Paul says, "As mentioned above, my commitment to maintaining a strong business district in Clintonville began 14 years ago as I watched the businesses along West Broad Street and Cleveland Avenue leaving and plummenting the residential housing market in those respective communities."

"My resolve was reinforced in a GRI class I took where they talked about the impact that community businesses have on the vitality of the residential community."

"I was hooked and became committed to making sure that the Clintonville Business District remains vital and the Clintonville community strong."
