Della Lambert

Della Lambert, Saxton Real Estate, is the president of the Board of Homes On The Hill (HOTH), Community Development Corporation.

Celebrating it's 10th anniversary, HOTH is dedicated to providing decent, affordable housing for low and middle income folks on the Hilltop and to help residents improve their homes and neighborhoods.

Della has worked with HOTH for 6 of its 10 years. As president of the Board, she coordinates projects, assists with property evaluation, identification and acquisition. She also teaches HOTH homebuyer education classes and serves as HOTH liaision to the real estate and Hilltop communities.

Della says, "My commitment to Homes on the Hill grew out of my parent's example of dedication to community and my experience as an agent working with first time home buyers. I believe that the best way to have a quality housing stock for our buyers is to properly educate the home buyers about their finances, budget and home maintenance, so that they can maintain their first home for later buyers."
