Mandy Harless, RE/MAX Associates Realty, was recently awarded CBR’s Certified Affordable Housing REALTOR® (CAHR) certification. This certification recognizes REALTORS who have to recognize those Realtors® who have committed their time and obtained experience in working the affordable housing market. To qualify for the certification program, criteria must be met in the areas of affordable housing transactions, association activities, and education and community involvement.

G. Terry Jordon has joined HER Real Living’s Canal Winchester office. Prior to joining HER Real Living, Terry served as a real estate sales agent for Coldwell Banker King Thompson.

Steve Dicken has joined Dunmoor Homes as Vice President of their new condominium division.  He will be at there new location in Canal Winchester - The Village at Gender Road.  Steve brings over 400 closings and 10+ years experience in the building business to the Dunmoor team.

Lorene Hetherington, HER Real Living, has earned the Residential Relocation Specialist Designation (RRS).  The designation signifies special advanced training in helping homebuyers and sellers with their relocation needs.  

RealLiving.com was awarded first place honors for the coveted “Best Web Site” category at the 2004 RELO Member Marketing Contest, held during the 2004 RELO Conference in New Orleans on March 11-13. 

Tonya Stevison recently joined HER Real Living in early April as a transfer from Realty Executives.
