Debbie King has been selected as CBR’s 2004 Affiliate of the Year. She began her career in the Title industry in 1993, and is a licensed title insurance agent with Chicago Title. 

She attributes her success in this industry to taking the time to learn her business from start to finish. She also learned early on to make one more stop at the end of each business day, even when she didn’t want to.

Debbie’s advice to someone just starting in this industry is to be persistent, stay positive (smile) and focus.  This business is about building long term relationships.
They both take great pleasure in being involved in their children’s school and sports activities. Debbie also enjoy gardening and going to antique flea markets.

In accepting this award, Debbie said, “I came to Columbus in 1993 knowing no one.  After eleven years in the industry I can say quite honestly, I work with my best friends!”
