Twenty-one central Ohio builders will showcase 21 fully decorated and landscaped homes in the $400,000 - $700,000 price-range. Sherman Lakes is a beautiful community, developed by Today Homes just 10 minutes north of Polaris off Africa Rd. near Alum Creek. A one-day admission pass is $10.
