CondoQuest 2004 April 23 – May 2, Noon to 6pm daily Find a "homestyle for your lifestyle" during this popular scattered site tour inside and outside the beltway. More than 50 carefree/maintenance-free lifestyle home products will be on tour, showcasing new partially decorated condominiums, townhouses, patio homes, villas and cluster housing throughout central Ohio. 2004 Parade of Homes Sherman Lakes Saturday, June 12 – Sunday, June 27 Hours: Mon – Sat, Noon – 9pm; Sun, Noon – 6pm Twenty-one central Ohio builders will showcase 21 fully decorated and landscaped homes in the $400,000 - $700,000 price-range. Sherman Lakes is a beautiful community, developed by Today Homes just 10 minutes north of Polaris off Africa Rd. near Alum Creek. A one-day admission pass is $10. Showcase of Remodeled Homes

Sunday, May 2, 11am – 5pm
Celebrate National Home Remodeling Month by attending the The BIA’s 15th Annual Showcase of Remodeled Homes. Sponsored by the BIA Remodelor’s Council, this scattered site tour will feature extraordinary craftsmanship from some of the finest home remodeling projects in central Ohio. Ten BIA Remodelors Council members have entered a total of 17 projects in this year’s Showcase. These projects include whole house renovations, two-story additions, landscape projects and upgrading rooms such as kitchens, bathrooms, and family rooms. The projects are located in Upper Arlington, Dublin, Worthington, Columbus and Powell.

The participating companies are: Brian Wiland & Associates, Inc.; Cambridge Company, Inc.; Dave Fox Remodeling, Inc.; Finlandscape, Inc.; J.S. Brown Company, Inc.; Kresge Contracting, Inc.; Michael Matrka, Inc.; Owens Construction Contracting Co.; R.J. Landis Design & Construction Co.; and Renovations Unlimited.
