Mark Spangler

For several years, Mark Spangler, of Prospect Bank, has been involved in a number of community activities. He has served as a member of both the Upper Arlington and Worthington schools Business Advisory Councils, where he assisted both schools with their personal finance education curriculum, teaches classes and promotes business and personal ethics initiatives.

Currently, Mark serves as a board member and current Vocational Service Committee Chair of the Tri-Village Rotary and as a board member and current Personnel Committee Chair of the Northwest Counseling Services. In addition, Mark volunteers as a coach for the Hilltop YMCA Youth Baseball, the Upper Arlington Optimist Girls Basketball, the Upper Arlington Cubs Baseball and the Upper Arlington Optimist Boys Basketball teams.

Mark says, “The Central Ohio area is blessed with many communities where opportunities abound to volunteer. Becoming involved by giving back of your talents, time and enthusiasm builds and maintains healthy communities. I’ve been fortunate to have been presented with many of these opportunities and even more fortunate to witness the positive impact one person can provide to many by volunteering.”
