Congratulations to the following members who have been awarded the Graduate, REALTOR®, Institute (GRI) designation:

Heather Vodinelic, Columbus Commercial Realty, has been promoted to Senior Property Manager.

Marianne McCarty, Executive Vice President and Partner in Broadview Mortgage Co., has been appointed to the 2004 Board of Directors for the Mortgage Bankers Association – the national trade association for the industry. Marianne will continue to serve on the Board of Governors and will be chairing the national PAC for a second year.

Kristina Murphy, HER Real Living, recently became a primary sales associate with HER Real Living in late November. Murphy previously worked as a Buyers Agent for Sheila Stevers. She will continue to work out of the HER Real Living’s Lincoln Village office.

Bob Hetherington, HER Real Living, has recently earned the Residential Relocation Specialist (RRS) designation. To earn this designation, recipients must complete specialized training in working with relocation buyers and marketing the city of Columbus.

George Goley, First American Title/Midland Title, has been promoted to Director of Marketing for all the Midland Title branches throughout Ohio and for the company’s affiliated businesses. His responsibilities include supporting the offices in their marketing efforts and coordinating and managing special projects.

Steve Kuhr, Columbus Commercial Realty, has earned the Society of Office and Industrial, REALTORS® (SIOR) Designation.

Patti Brown, HER Real Living, was recently elected President of the Southern Delaware County REALTORS® Associate for 2004. Brown works as a sales associate out of HER Real Living’s Muirfield/Powell office.
